To access the purchase you need to register as a customer. Only purchases made by private users will be subject to the rules applicable to consumers. All the final prices of the products are indicated in euros and can be seen with or without VAT. The prices of the products may be subject to periodic variations. For some products and certain offers the shipping costs are included. For all other products the shipping costs are charged to the user.
Choice of product and purchase method
After registering correctly, the customer can start the purchase. Users' responsibility for photographic contents

Shipping and delivery times
We send the product once we have received the payment by express courier so that you can receive it within 24-48h for destinations on the peninsula. Shipping costs: € 5.50 Free shipping from € 100 purchase. Shipments of € 100 to Portugal, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, have a flat rate of € 15. Delivery, delivery time and shipment tracking
Delivery times vary depending on the product selected, in the file of each product has specified the term of manufacture. Return and cancellation of orders
1.- Products The user has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. Effects of the return
If the product is defective or there is an error in the product delivered, BIDU & CEA WEB will be responsible and we will send a new product as soon as possible. You should notify us of this error within 14 days of receiving the order. It is recommended that if you observe the deteriorated transport packaging it is reflected in the delivery note.
Any return made must be previously accepted by BIDU & CEA and follow the steps indicated for the correct identification of the product, all products that do not follow the established process will be returned.
For any claim on an order, you have 15 days from receipt of the order to check the status of your order, once this time has passed BIDU & CEA is not responsible for the return of said order product.
In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which We are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. BIDU & CEA reserves the right to cancel any order due to computer error or errors in the prices shown. Guarantee of our products All our products are subject to the current legal guarantee that was extended from 2 to 3 years from 2017. Our company will respond to the lack of conformity that manifests itself within three years from the delivery of the product to the consumer or user under the terms provided in Book II, Title IV of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws . Applicable law and jurisdiction
